Add some TLC [Texas, Love & Care] to your table-for-two this Valentine’s with menus made especially for couples from five-times James Beard Award Finalist Chef Steve McHugh of Cured and Landrace.

At Cured, Chef McHugh is presenting a three-course tasting menu – designed to share, it promises to keep you and your special someone starry-eyed! Make date night dazzling as McHugh prepares luxurious plates and elevated presentations featuring Duck, sourced locally from Texas. Couples will savor the decadent Cured Foie Gras & Preserves with warm Heirloom Cornbread. Indulge in the tender Whole Two Pound Muscovy Duck Breast – a labor of love it has been slowly basted in its own fat – and served with Local Kale, Duck Heart Dirty Rice, and Cured Foie Gras. And, for the grand finale, a delicate Duck Egg Creme Brûlée speaks to the heart’s sweetest desire. [$120++ per couple, offered Friday, February 11 – Sunday, February 13]

LOVE at “FIRST BITE” is how this Valentine’s Day will be celebrated at Landrace – a party of two can span the world, by land or by sea, with the choice of two tantalizing main courses. Win the heart of your special someone with made-for-two meals – enjoy a Prime 32-ounce Porterhouse with Smoked Tomato Choron Sauce and the Sour Mash Steak Sauce. Or, delight in a stunning array of seafood with the Grilled Seafood Bouillabaisse featuring Maine Lobster, Mussels, Clams, Shrimp, Oysters, Crab Claws, Fennel, and Rouille Toast. A perfect match – each meal comes complete with two family-style sides. Choose from savory selections like the Truffle-Sunchoke Risotto with Pecorino and Gremolata, the Radicchio-Persimmon Salad topped with Toasted Walnuts, Tarragon, and a Honeycomb Vinaigrette, or the warm Pumpkin Bread with Quince Preserves and Smoked Butter. SHARING IS CARING! [$200 a couple ++, offered Friday, February 11 – Monday, February 14]
