Christa Sauers will teach you all the essentials for crafting traditional Mexican cuisine, including shrimp tostadas with herbed mojo de ajo slaw, guacamole with bacon, green onions, roasted tomatillo, empanada picadillo, and a pepper watermelon margarita.
