Green Vegetarian Cuisine Owner Mike Behrend confirmed to the San Antonio Business Journal that the Pearl location will be relocating to 255 E Basse Rd, Building R 940 where 29 wine Bar used to be located.
The new location will offer 2800 square feet of interior space and plenty of parking. The design firm for the project is ZDA Architecture out of San Antonio.
Behrend plans to have a Green pop-up location at the Quarry in the brief few weeks between the end of the Pearl lease and the official opening of the new Quarry location.
The new location will replicate the space at Green’s Alon location. There will also be new menu changes.
